A huge thanks to all who put their hard work into fixing up the park! My family has been visiting and enjoying the park since it re-opened. Bensons has been a real blessing to us and the town. Our favorite thing to do on a nice day is go to the park to hike and explore nature. Thanks Hudson!!!

To the webmaster, how about putting the address on the top of the wesite, instead of just Hudson, NH put 23 Kimball Hill Rd, Hudson NH, that way people would not hve to search for it

I would like to hide a geocache in the park and was wondering if I needed to get permission from someone? There are already 4 there and I would like to add to the fun!

Wow, I went to Benson's when I was so young, I can hardly remember anything except those damn red assed baboons, and the log house.

y Mom & Dad took us kids, Amy, Marie, Harry and Me (Ernie)
took us each year for visits to Benson's Wild Animal Farm.
We packed a big lunch and some of dad's homemade soda, It was a really family fun day. And the memories of the visits
are some of my fondest memories of growing up. When my two
kids came along my wife Gail an I took Hans & Kirsten to enjoy the Animal Farm. The elephant rides always being the
most popular. Was sad when I read it had closed.

My wife abd I have been married 38 years but I still remember our first date. I was 6 years old and she was 6 months old. Our parents took us to Bensons Wild Animal Park. I have never forgotten getting to ride the elephant. I also remember having to leave early because my "date" ran out of diapers.

It's been a very long time since I visited this site. My apologies to Steve. Had it not been for this forum, we may not have had that wonderful reunion and rekindled so many old friendships (and new ones too!) Looking forward to the next reunion hopefully this summer. Keep up the good work, Steve.
